If we are a perfect match, we’ll catch up for a Planning Session, in person, at Kimberly’s Hobsonville Point home. I’ll share everything you need to know to plan a wedding that's all you've ever dreamed.
This will happen as soon as you've booked your venue/ceremony location and know your wedding date.
During this face-to-face meeting at my Hobsonville Point home studio, we'll get to know each other better, and by the end, you’ll know if you want Kimberly to look after you on your exciting wedding adventure.
The Planning Session requires a fee of $180 to be paid in advance. The session used to be complimentary, but because I've had a few couples in the past take advantage of this, I’ve been forced to cover my time. However, the $180 fee will be redeemed against your investment when you book any Lucky in Love Weddings services.
Let's do this! Once you've booked me as your Marriage Celebrant/MC/Day Of Coordinator, and confirmed with a deposit, we'll get started!
We'll schedule enough time to get your wedding ceremony format perfect for you.
So you can relax, keep focussed & on track during your journey ~ I'll prompt you throughout the wedding planning process with key goals to achieve.
In the comfort of your home, via email, txt and phone we’ll communicate back & forth to create the ceremony format & flow just right for you.
You’ll be given an Ideas Starter Pack ~ a treasure trove of creative idea, vows and beautiful words for inspiration.
It's important to reflect who you are, your culture and beliefs, so we'll add any special touches to make it even more meaningful & unique to you.
There will be lots of time for you to think about how you would like to translate your love for one another in spoken word as well as through music & readings.
Then the magic happens! I get creative & craft your Marriage Ceremony flow with all the moments to make your heart melt and get your guests giggling.
Your Ceremony will celebrate your love for one another in your own intimately personalised way ~ because there is no other Love Story like yours.
As your Wedding Reception MC & On the Day Co-ordinator we’ll work in a similar way when creating your Reception format and flow ~ called a Reception Run Sheet.
When I look after you as your Marriage Celebrant, I believe every lucky in love couple should have a ‘movie moment’ when they stand at the altar, hand in hand, and relive the butterflies they felt when they first met, remember all the milestones you’ve achieved together and get excited about your future as Mr & Mrs / Mrs & Mrs / Mr & Mr / Marriage Partners. So I’ll personally handcraft a version of Your Love Story ~ based on the things you share with me during our Planning Session.
This is where you exchange your heartfelt promises to each other ~ solemn, serious, quirky or cute.
But how do you sum up your incredible relationship full of memories, moments, emotions, hopes & dreams in just a few words? I got you! I’ll give you my tips on how to write your Vows in 5 easy steps!
Or you can simply honour tradition & choose words from the Ideas Starter pack that are sweet & true.
As your Marriage Celebrant I’ll perform your Marriage Ceremony anywhere you want ~ and it's important we get to know the venue/location before your special day with no surprises.
So you feel super confident for your big day we'll conduct a condensed version of your Wedding Ceremony with as many of Bridal Party as possible.
As your MC or Day Of Co-ordinator we will get together for a Run Through at the venue to confirm final details & make sure we have thought of everything.
Yay!!! Your big day is finally here!!!! Wedding Planning has been a breeze, we've planned & prepped as much as we possibly can, so you'll be feeling relaxed and excited at the same time, ready for the most magical day of your life!
I'll arrive at least 30 minutes before start time to check everything is ready to go ~ I only perform one exclusive Wedding Ceremony per day so you have my undivided attention.
All legal marriage documents will be ready & waiting for you & your two witnesses to sign, along with my signature.
After I’ve pronounced you husband & wife / wife and wife / husband and husband / marriage partners, I'll ensure the Registrar of Marriages receives your legal documents ~ making your marriage official.
